At Grappo Sports, we strive to provide high-quality custom BJJ Gis and gear for gym owners and academies. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we offer a fair and transparent return and refund policy to ensure a hassle-free experience.

1. Eligibility for Returns

  • Returns are accepted within 30 days from the date of delivery.

  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags and packaging intact.

  • Custom or personalized items are non-refundable, unless they are defective or incorrect due to an error on our part.

  • Clearance or final sale items are not eligible for returns.

2. How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact Us: Email grapposports@gmail.com with your order number, reason for return, and supporting photos if necessary.

  2. Approval & Return Instructions: If your return is approved, we will provide you with return shipping instructions.

  3. Ship the Item: Pack the item securely and send it to our return address. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.

  4. Inspection & Refund Processing: Once received, we will inspect the item and process your refund within 7-14 business days to the original payment method.

3. Exchanges

  • Exchanges are only available for defective or incorrect items.

  • If you need a different size or color, please return the item for a refund and place a new order.

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7-14 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for purchase.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable, except in cases of defective or incorrect items.

5. Return Shipping Costs

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping fees, unless the return is due to a mistake on our part (e.g., wrong item or manufacturing defect).

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service as we are not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments.

6. Defective or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please email us at grapposports@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund, including return shipping costs.

7. Cancellations

  • Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of placement for a full refund.

  • Custom orders cannot be canceled once production has started.
